Press Pro Dry Cleaners Inc.

Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer

We will always treat your items with next-level service, but please read and understand our policies. We handle your articles with utmost care and employ suitable processes for their nature and condition. However, we cannot accept responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials not readily apparent before processing. This disclaimer applies to all items, especially delicate fabrics like suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, and polyurethanes, as well as trimmings like buckles, beads, buttons, and zippers, along with any alterations or repairs.

Knowing and Understanding Your Suede and Leather Garments

Unlike synthetic material, leathers and suedes vary in texture, colour, surface smoothness, blemishes, and wrinkles. Imperfections of this kind are proof of the original nature of the genuine product.

The cleaning of suede, leather and furs restores the oils and colour, as nearly as possible. However, the professional leather cleaner cannot control the methods and materials used in the tanning and manufacturing processes.

Modern processing methods and equipment allow most suede, leather and fur garments to clean beautifully, however there are some exceptions due to skin quality, manufacturing methods, and condition due to wear.

We take the utmost care of your garments, however there is an “owner’s risk” involved in the cleaning of my natural skin and that no guarantee or warranty is implied or expressed by Press Pro Dry Cleaners Inc. or it’s agent regarding colour, texture, shrinkage, stain removal, and damage that may occur due to weak skins or unserviceable materials used in the manufacturing of your garment.

For laundering, please note wash-and-fold services are processed by weight rather than garment count, so items are not individually inspected. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloration, runs, rips, tears, or other damage, nor can we accept liability for any items claimed lost or missing.

Neither partner will be held liable for any items claimed sent, missing or damaged. We are also not damaged. We are also not responsible for any item(s) claimed lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas. But we promise to always do our best.
